Six of Durham women's squad were picked up in The Hundred auction, with Hollie Armitage expected to skipper MI London.

The first ever auction for The Hundred saw players being picked up for astronomical sums, with £190,000 for Dani Gibson raising eyebrows, while Davina Perrin was the first player ever picked up in an auction for The Hundred.

With The Hundred taking place during a break in the women's domestic season, the auction has no bearing on their availability for Durham duties unlike the men's side of things.

Lauren Filer, perhaps unsurprisingly, picked up the highest fee out of the Durham contingent, with Birmingham Phoenix signing the England pace bowler prior to the auction for £95,000.
