Durham are one of just four counties yet to win the annual white-ball competition since its inception in 2003, with Derbyshire, Yorkshire and Glamorgan the others yet to get off the mark in the tournament.

This year provides one of Durham's best chances to win the whole thing, as for just the third time in the club's history they have a home quarter-final.

The men's team's form at Chester-le-Street was key to their success in the North Group, winning five of their seven fixtures, with table toppers Lancashire the only visiting team to win during the initial block.

Due to the nature of the current schedule, something which will be rectified next season, the T20 Blast has had a near seven-week break between the final group game and the quarter-final and any chances to build on group stage momentum evaporate.
